It’s never simple or straightforward getting over someone that you cared deeply about.

Relationships are some of the most rewarding and important things we ever get the opportunity to enjoy in our lives, and when a relationship comes to an end there are inevitable feelings of loss, mourning, and real sadness.

Thankfully, most of the time these feelings fade away, but every once in a while we find ourselves in a life-changing relationship, and when things go wrong it can be really tough when it comes time to move forward.

You’re going to have an impossible time getting over someone that you love if you try and bottle up all of your feelings. Instead, let all of that energy flow out of you, speak your mind, and be upfront and honest about how tough a time you’re having.
